1.1 Provision Of Catering Services, I.E. Preparation And Delivery Of Two-Course Dinners For Participants Of The Daily Social Welfare Home In Racib rz At Pl. Wolno ci .1.2 The Estimated Number Of Two-Course Dinners Served During The Contract Period No Longer Than Until December 31, 2024: A) Is 7,530 Meals, I.E. 251 Days X 30 Meals, B) The Number Of Two-Course Dinners Served On Average Per Day Is Approximately 30 Portions. 1.3 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Meals Referred To In Point 1.2 In The Event Of A Change In The Number Of Customers Using Meals. 1.4 The Minimum Scope Of The Order Will Be Approximately 30% Of The Total Order Referred To In Point 1.2 Lit. A) 1.5 The Changes Referred To In Point 1.3 Resulting In A Reduction In Remuneration Do Not Result In Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party, In Particular For Payment Of Remuneration For Catering Services In The Amount Indicated In Point. 1.2(A).
