The Subject Of The Proceedings Is: The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The City Hall In Tuszyn In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Postal Items In 2024 And The Return Of Undelivered Items.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Postal Services By The Contractor In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Economically And Urgently Unregistered And Registered Letter Items And Postal Parcels, As Well As Returning These Parcels To The Ordering Party After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivering Them Or Handing Them Over To The Recipient. . The Provision Of Postal Services Will Be Carried Out On The Terms Specified In Generally Applicable Laws. The Order Also Includes The Service Of Collecting Parcels From The Ordering Party.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Estimated Data Regarding The Shipments Sent By The Ordering Party Within One Year Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Shipments Of A Given Type At Any Time, Which Means That The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract May Be Limited. The Minimum Order Quantity Is 60%. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right. The Option Right Is The Possibility Of Increasing The Order (Number Of Shipments) Up To 40% Of The Basic Order Under The Terms Of The Concluded Contract. The Option Right Is An Entitlement Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order. The Ordering Partys Exercise Of The Option Right Depends On The Occurrence Of Circumstances Resulting In An Increase In The Number Of The Ordering Partys Shipments. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Condition For The Activation Of The Option Right Is The Submission By The Ordering Party Of A Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right Within The Scope Specified By Him.4. Types Of Shipments Not Specified Will Be Priced Additionally In Accordance With The Contractors Price List Valid On The Date Of Submission Of Offers (Delivered To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract). The Prices Resulting From This Price List Will Be Constant During The Term Of The Contract.
