The Service Will Be Provided For A Period Of 24 Months From The Signing Of The Contract. The Order Covers The Total Provision Of Cleaning And Physical Security Services By One Contractor, Described In The Swz As Parts A And B, Respectively. Each Contractor Is Required To Submit One Combined Offer Covering All Parts Of The Order, In Accordance With The Offer Form Specified In The Swz, I.E. Jointly For Parts A And B. 1. Part A - Cleaning, Includes: The Order Concerns The Cleaning Service Of Rooms In The Administrative, Social And Production Building Of The Container Forest Nursery In Miłogostowice 1B. The Cleaning Service Applies Only To The Administrative And Social Parts Of The Building. Cleaning Should Be Performed Efficiently, Thoroughly And On Time, Using Materials And Agents With A Non-Destructive Effect On The Cleaned Elements Of The Rooms And Their Decor. The Contractor Makes The Following Activities: • Own Manual And Mechanical Equipment (Vacuum Cleaner, Cleaning Trolleys) • Purchases And Delivers At His Own Expense: Cleaning Agents, Disinfectants, Fragrances And Garbage Bags, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, • With The Help Of His Own Staff, Whose Name List Will Be Presented To The Ordering Party And Under Its Own Supervision, • The Contractor Will Record In The Register Submitted In The Place Designated By The Ordering Party Any Damage To Equipment And Furniture In Individual Rooms Of The Building. • The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, During The Performance Of Services, Proper Order, Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations And Health And Safety Regulations In The Area Covered By The Contract.
