The Subject Of The Order Is To Select A Bank To Grant And Service A Long-Term Loan Worth Pln 2,200,000.00 To The Bielawy Commune, To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit In 2023, With The Following Characteristics:3.1.1. The Loan Amount Is Pln 2,200,000.00 (In Words: Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Zlotys Zero Groszy) Made Available To The Ordering Party In One Tranche As Of December 22, 2023 - No Later Than December 28, 2023.3.1.2. Loan Period: Until December 31, 2028.3.1.3. Loan Repayment: In Polish Zlotys In Quarterly Periods, On The Dates Specified In The Annex To The Agreement - Repayment Schedule, With A Grace Period For Repayment Of The First Capital And Interest Installment Until March 31, 2025. 3.1.4. To Calculate The Loan Interest During The Grace Period And The Repayment Period, The Wibor 3M Rate Should Be Used, Determined At The End Of The Month Preceding Each Quarter, Increased Or Decreased By The Offerors Margin - Constant During The Contract Period. 3.1.5. Interest Repayment: In Quarterly Periods Specified For The Repayment Of The First Interest Installment On March 31, 2025. 3.1.6. The Contractor Will Not Demand Any Commission On The Loan Granted, In Particular A Preparatory Commission. 3.1.7. Required Deadline For Execution Of The Contract: The Ordering Party Requires The Transfer Of The Loan Tranche Determined In Point 3 In The Amount Of Pln 2,200,000.00 To The Ordering Partys Bank Account, With The Repayment Of Principal And Interest Installments Completed By December 31, 2028.3.1.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To The Use Of Declarations Of Submission To Enforcement.3.1.9. The Ordering Party Consents To The Application Of The Loan Benefits Regulations To The Extent Not Regulated By Swz.3.1.10. The Ordering Party Has No Deferred Liabilities.3.1.11. No Debt Collection Activities Have Ever Been Carried Out Against The Ordering Party By A Court Bailiff Due To Debts In Banks.3.1.12. The Ordering Party Was Never Covered By A Recovery Program.3.1.13. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right:3.1.13.1. Using The Loan At A Date Other Than The One Given Above, As Well As Waiving The Disbursement Of Part Of The Loan, I.E. Using No Less Than 70% Of The Initial Amount, And Requires That The Bank Will Not Charge Any Fees On The Values That The Ordering Party Waived, 3.1.13.2.
