The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of Regenerative Meals For School Children In The Mir w Commune. Catering Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of A Hot One-Dish Meal In: 1) School And Kindergarten Complex In Zbij w Ma y 2) Public Primary School In Mir w 3) Public Primary School In Bieszk w Dolny Delivery Of Meals From The Production Site To Rooms Of Individual Schools. The Contractor Will Deliver The Meals Using Its Own Transport, In Specialized, Disposable Containers, Ensuring The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Dishes. The Menu, Including Information On The Caloric Value Of The Meals, Will Be Prepared By The Contractor For A Period Of 10 Business Days (2 Weeks) And Delivered To School Principals For Approval 5 Days Before Its Validity Period. The Daily Menu Includes: Hot Meal: Nutritious Soup, Main Course, Compote Or Juice (Soup One Day, Lunch The Next Day). The Term Nutritious Soup Should Be Understood As Soup With The So-Called Meat Insert Served With Fresh Bread With No Quantity Limit, Fruit. The Term Second Course Means A Meat/Fish Meal With Various Salads Or Boiled Vegetables. Potatoes, Groats, Rice Or Pasta May Also Be Served With The Meat. The Second Course May Also Include Dumplings, Pancakes, Dumplings, Pasta With Sauce And Croquettes, Etc. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Food Diets Depending On The Individual Needs Of Children, In Accordance With The Information Received From The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Make Changes To The Menu Presented By The Contractor, The Contractor Ensures Washing And Disinfection In Its Own Rooms Of Thermoses And Containers In Which Meals Will Be Delivered, The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality Products And Safety Standards Consistent With Haccp Standards. The Meals Provided Should Be Consistent With The Recommended Health-Promoting Nutrition Model By: Implementation In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Education System And The Requirements That The Foodstuffs Must Meet Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units. (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154). Meals Cannot Be Prepared From Semi-Finished Products. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Sample Of Each Component Part Of The Dish, Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007. On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed Type Mass Catering Establishments (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, No. 80, Item 545). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request Samples In Justified Cases. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare And Deliver Meals Only On Days When Classes Are Held At Schools, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays And Other Days When Classes Are Not Held. For Children. Dishes And Cutlery For Serving Meals Are Provided By The Ordering Party. The Contractors Obligations Will Include Collecting Waste And Making Monthly Settlements With The Ordering Party For The Meals Provided After The End Of The Month Based On An Invoice Covering The Amount Due Calculated Based On The Number Of Meals Actually Served To Children And The Price Specified In The Offer. The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With The Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. We Reserve The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Breakfasts And Lunches Delivered.
