External Auditor Responsible for the Final Financial Audit of the Project, Niger, Drc, Mali DESCRIPTION OF THE CONSULTANCY The submission file must include · A technical offer including the updated CVs of the people involved in carrying out the mission and a description of the methodological approach envisaged to answer the questions and objectives set out above · A financial offer including a detailed financial proposal in EUR including in particular all the costs envisaged. The tenderers attention is drawn to the fact that the total fixed price relates to a mission, it includes fees and costs inherent to travel. The CVs will indicate clearly and in detail (organization, type of services and period of services), their similar experiences. The candidates offer, the documents attached and the documents exchanged are written in French .
