To avoid such underperformance, IFC investments must identify climate risks that are relevant to their locations and sectors during the investments material lifetime. To that end, IFC seeks vendors to design, develop, upgrade and maintain existing physical climate risk tools, access information and data, including climate data needed for the tools development and its operations.
