Project Management Assistance (Amoa) For Projects Structuring Authorization And Invoicing Chains As Part Of Its Project Management Assistance Mission, The Bidder Must Carry Out, In Collaboration With The Moa Department And Business Services, The Functional Analysis Of Needs, Work Procedures And It Tools In Relation To Processing Chains Having Varying Levels Of Complexity, Including Cross-Functional Modules, As Well As The Chain Of International Accounts In The Eessi Ecosystem, With The Aim Of Drafting The Functional Specifications Which Will Be Transmitted To The It Service Provider (It Center Of The Social Security-Ciss). The Bidder Must Also Carry Out The Preparation And Execution Of The Test And Functional Acceptance Phase For These Different Chains. This Includes Writing Test Cases Based On Functional Specifications, Carrying Out Testing Of The Solutions Developed And Monitoring Bug Resolution. The Bidder Will Also Contribute To The Establishment And Tooling Of An Internal Organization At The Cns In Charge Of Managing The Chains Already Migrated Into Production. This Organization Will Be In Charge Of Guaranteeing Global Consistency And Managing The Evolving Maintenance Of The Different Chains.
