Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Services Related To Organizing Events And Activities For The Needs Of Projects P41 (C11.I3) And P40 (C11.I2), Financed By The National Plan For Recovery And Sustainability.

The Public Order Is Divided Into Two Separate Positions, Namely: Separate Position No. 1 Provision Of Services Related To Organizing Events And Activities Under Project P41 (C11.I3) And Separate Position No. 2 Provision Of Services Related To Organizing Of Events And Activities Under Project P40 (C11.I2). The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Services Related To Organizational-Technical Preparation And Logistical Support For Holding Events Of Different Formats, Such As: Annual Bazaars, Open Day(S), Seminars, Trainings, Workshops, Economic Forums, Press Conferences, Conferences Etc. The Different Events Involve The Implementation Of Different Combinations Of Activities, Namely: Accommodation, Provision Of A Hall, Room/Open Space, Provision Of Technical/Conference Equipment, Transport, Catering, Provision Of Speakers/Moderators, As Well As Other Activities Accompanying The Services. All Events Are Held At The Request Of The Client, Depending On The Needs That Arise. In The Request, The Client Specifies The Parameters Of Each Event And His Preferences For Its Holding. The Contractor Should Note That Not All Elements Of The Technical Specifications May Be Included In The Request.
