Design, Development And Implementation Of Changes And Additions To The System (Hereafter Alternatively Referred To As System Updates Or Development). The Activities Are Carried Out According To The Main Guidelines For The Development Of The System, Described In Item 3.2. From The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 And On The Basis Of A Sent Request To Supplement An Offer. A Total Volume Of Activities For The Functional Development Of The System For The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Foreseen Up To 6,000 Man-Hours. 3. Warranty Support Of Relevant System Updates. After The Expiration Of The Relevant Warranty Maintenance Period, The Service Of The Relevant Updates Becomes Part Of The Subscription Service Of The System Under Item 1. Based On A Notification/Request From The Contracting Party. The Scope, Nature And Method Of Implementation Of The Individual Services, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties In Connection With The Implementation Of Each Of The Services, Will Be Determined In The Relevant Contract(S), Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement And In Accordance With The Offer Of The Selected Contractor Regarding Each Specific Contract.
