The Originally Planned Spectrum May Be Partially Modified, As Well As New Laboratory Consumables, Reagents, Laboratory Glassware May Be Added In The Course Of The Dynamic System. Quantities Are Indicative. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Buy The Quantities Specified In The Spectrum. Successful Applicants May Submit A Bid For One Or More Units, Or May Not Submit A Bid. The Dsp Functions In Two Stages: First Stage - Collection Of Applications For Participation And Second Stage - Collection Of Offers For Specific Invitations. Review Of Initial Applications For Participation Will Take Place Within 15 Working Days Of The Application Deadline. A Call For A Specific Contract Will Not Be Announced Until All Applications Have Been Reviewed. The Offers Will Be Ranked By A Program That Will Be Available And Free Of Charge To All Applicants. Unlimited, Full And Direct Access To The Documentation For The Public Procurement Is Provided Throughout The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Dsp. The Spd Will Function Within Three Years, Namely Within The Framework Of Three Years, The Contracting Authority May Issue Invitations To The Admitted Candidates To Collect Offers For The Supply Of Medical Devices Included In The Originally Planned Spectrum Or Outside Of It. The Signed Contracts Will Be Valid For Two Years.
