The Subject Of The Public Order Includes Delivery Of 1 Pc. New Engine K-T-Uaz 4218 - 89 Hp, 2900 Cc. The Engine Supplied Must Match The Relevant Make And Model And Be New, Original, Unused And Unrecycled. It Must Meet The Quality Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Be Accompanied By A Certificate Of Origin And Quality, As Well As Be Accompanied By A Guarantee Of No Less Than 2 Months In Operation Mode. The Deadline For The Delivery Of The Engine Is No Later Than 10 /Ten/ Calendar Days, Counted From The Day Of Sending The Request By The Contracting Authority After Signing The Contract. The Delivered Item Must Be Packed In A Manner Suitable For Its Transport, Without Risks Of Its Damage, And The Transport Costs For Delivery And Unloading Are Entirely The Responsibility Of The Selected Contractor; The Engine Subject To The Public Procurement Must Meet The Relevant Standards, Rules, Regulations And Laws Applicable In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The European Union For The Production Of Products Subject To This Procurement.
