By Argument Of Art. 194A, Paragraph 1 Of The Zop, In The Procedure Only Offers Submitted By Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People Or Of Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Disabled People Or People In A Disadvantaged Position Will Be Considered, Since Taking Into Account , That The Contracting Authority Applies The Order Under Art. 187 189 Of The Civil Procedure Code For An Order That Falls Within The Scope Of The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 And The Value Of Which Requires Awarding Through A Public Competition, The Contract May Not Be Awarded To Other Persons.
