The Current Public Order Is For The Supply (Purchase) Of Electrical Energy On The Free Market. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For A Period Of 12 Months For The Purchase And Sale Of Electricity At Freely Agreed Prices For The Supply Of The Building Of Tsar Simeon I Primary School - Varna. The Estimated Consumption Of The Contracting Authority For A 12-Month Period Is 75 Mwh, The Same Being Calculated On The Basis Of Consumption For The Period Of November 2022. - October 2023 Incl. Participants Offer A Fixed Allowance For 1 Mwh, Which Cannot Exceed Bgn 16.00 (Sixteen) Excluding Vat In The Capacity Of Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, The Contractor Should Take Responsibility For Balancing The Clients Sites, Include The Client As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group With The Coordinator Contractor, Without The Client Paying A Participation Fee, As Well As To Provide Forecasting Of The Clients Consumption, Including The Administration Of The Clients Hourly Consumption Schedules.
