The Object Of This Public Procurement Is The Provision Of A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3, Of The Public Procurement Act, And The Same Is Assigned By Conducting A Collection Of Bids With An Announcement, According To Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 186 Et Seq. Of The Civil Code. The Present Energy Efficiency Survey Of The Street Lighting System Of 9 Settlements In The Municipality Of Kotel Is Being Prepared In Order To Serve For The Subsequent Preparation Of A Project For The Rehabilitation And Modernization Of External Artificial Lighting Systems On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kotel, Located In The Following Settlements - The Village Of Yablanovo, The Village Of Gradets, The Village Of Malko Selo, The Village Of Filaretovo, The Village Of Orlovo, The Village Of Ticha, The Village Of Topuzevo, The Village Of Sokolartsi, The Village Of Ostra Mogila. The Design Team To Prepare An Energy Efficiency Survey Of The Street Lighting System In The Following Settlements Of Kotel Municipality: Yablanovo Village, Gradets Village, Malko Selo Village, Filaretovo Village, Orlovo Village, Ticha Village, Topuzevo Village, With Sokolartsi, Village Of Ostra Mogila. Participants Should Prepare Their Offers According To The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1).
