The Subject Of This Order Covers The Supply Of Fuel For Refueling Motor Vehicles Specified By The Bulgarian Sports Totalizator State Enterprise, By Refueling At The Sellers Gas Stations On The Territory Of The Country, Through A Refueling System Under The Conditions Of Cashless Payment With Payment Cards. The Estimated Amount Of Fuel For Cars, Broken Down By Fuel Type, Is As Follows: Diesel Fuel /B7/ - Up To 100,000 Liters; Automobile Gasoline A95h - Up To 200,000 Liters. The Quantities And The Distribution By Types Have Been Calculated Based On The Past Period And Are Indicative, As They Will Be Determined Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Dp Bst For A Period Of 24 Months. The Buyer Has The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantities During The Term Of The Contract Depending On His Needs, As Well As To Purchase Gasoline With A Higher Octane Number And Diesel Fuel With Additives. Sellers Agree That They Will Have No Claims In The Event That The Transaction Volume Is Not Fulfilled In Full Or Is Exceeded. In These Cases, The Buyer Does Not Owe Compensation Or Penalty To The Seller. The Fuels Should Meet The Relevant Requirements Of The Law On Renewable And Alternative Energy Sources And Biofuels And The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Manner Of Their Control.
