Quotation are invited for Ds-127/2 Construction of Sewerage & Drainage for Labour Accommodation in Al Quoz Industrial Area-Phase 2 Description: The Project covers the construction of sewerage for labour areas and storm water drainage systems for the rest of the Al Quoz Industrial Area Phase 2. The proposed systems will be connected to the existing, under construction or other proposed systems within the project area. It will also meet the Dubai Municipality regulatory demand set for the year 2040. The project area covers approximately 1900 ha., located in Al Quoz Industrial Areas 1, 2, 3 & 4.and located between Al Khail Road and Sheik Zayed Road. The project will serve communities # 364, 365, 368 and 369. The project includes construction of sewerage gravity system of diameter ranging from 200mm to 900mm and total length 65000m. Construction of local sewage pumps station of flow capacity 100 l/s is required due to configuration of the project area. Pipe works more than 6m deep and the main roads (Roads 318, 319, 323 and 327) crossings will be constructed using non-disruptive methods. The construction of Storm water drainage system for the creative zone area include but not limited to land drainpipes, carrier pipes, manholes, gullies, diversion, and protection of the existing services.
