Request for proposals are invited for Strategic Alliance Partners for the Complementary Services at Bapco Retail Company Services Stations. Tender Type: To Be Opened Tender Description: BRC is establishing new business and marketing strategy to move from leasing out facilities to multiple owners to ally with anchored strategic partners through the following options: 1- Collective Leasing. 2- Strategic Alliance (+). 3- Strategic Alliance (or). The Strategic Partnership Tender shall apply to the following ancillary types: 1. Drive through food & beverage units. 2. Restaurants (dine-in) units. 3. Coffee shops units. 4. Commercial shops units. 5. Car care services (inclusive of car wash in some locations) 6. Convenience store units. The Interested Bidder shall place the bid on the facilities which fall under the same scope of service as the Bidders CR activity. The Interested Bidder shall select the preferred financial option and hence place the bid for occupying and managing those facilities.
