Rfp730-24014 Mailing Production And Delivery Services.The University Invites You To Submit A Proposal For Two Types Of Mail Services: Mailing Service And Design To Mail.Mailing Service Includes Materials, Copy And Sorted Data Delivered To The Mail House. Vendors Are Ready And Able To Personalize Letters, Reply Devices, Fold/Cut And Match/Insert All Pieces, Stamp/Meter, Deliver To The Us Post Office Or Other Appropriate Mail Station Within 5-7 Days.Design To Mail Services Gives The Vendor Access To Create Graphics, Messages/Themes, Copy, Printing, Personalization And Data Segmentation In Addition To Personalization Of Printed Materials, Fold/Cut, Match/Insert, Application Of Postage And Delivery To Appropriate Mailing Facilities.All Of The Above Requirements Are To Be Included In The Base Fee For Each Service. Some Projects Listed Have Optional Special Services To Be Bid As Project Add-Ons. Bid Only The Amount Additional Needed To Cover The Addition Of That Service To The Project Indicated.Respondents Are Encouraged To Propose Contractual Arrangements Offering The Maximum Benefit To The University In Terms Of (1) Services To The University, (2) Total Overall Cost To The University, And (3) Project Management Expertise.
