This Scope Is Only An Estimate And Does Not Bind The Client To Place Orders Of This Magnitude During The Agreement Period. The Research Council Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Printing Company For Deliveries Within Printing Services. The Agreement Must Cover All Formats And Qualities.
