Bc Parks Is Seeking Proponent Submissions For The Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of Three (3) Modular, Residential Structures At Liard River Hot Springs Provincial Park. Structure Design Has Been Provided To The Conceptual Level As Part Of This Rfp. The Proponent Is Responsible For Supplying Engineered Drawings For Review And Fabrication For All Components Of The Structures. Prefabrication Of The Structures Is Expected To Begin Upon Contract Award In Winter 2024, With Partial Prefabrication Complete Prior To March 31, 2024, And Delivery And Installation Of All Three Buildings In Late June 2024.Further Details As To The Scope Of This Opportunity And The Requirements Can Be Found Within This Rfp.
