The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items, And Their Possible Returns, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1640), Including Serving Them Under The Terms Provided For In Art. 42, 43 And 44 Of The Act Of June 14, 1960 - Code Of Administrative Procedure (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 775, As Amended), Except That In The Case Of Delivery Specified In Art. 44 § 1 Section 1, The Letter Should Be Stored At The Post Office Closest To The Addressee Of Delivery. B) Providing Courier Services For Registered Letter Items And Postal Parcels Up To 50 Kg In The Scope Of Their Collection, Transportation And Delivery.
