Financing Conditions:1) Conditions Regarding Operational Leasing With A Purchase Option:• Operating Leasing;• Currency Of The Leasing Agreement - Pln;• Lease Period 36 Months, Including The Ordering Party Will Pay 35 Leasing Installments During The Leasing Period;• Initial Fee 45% Of The Value Net Price Of The Leased Item;• Variable Interest Rate - The Interest Part Of The Current Installment Will Be Reduced In The Event Of A Decrease In Wibor 1M Or Increased In The Event Of Its Increase (Wibor 1M Rate Applicable On The Day Preceding The Deadline For Submitting Offers) • Redemption Value 21.4% Of The Net Price Of The Leased Item;• Possibility Of Purchase Within 30 Days From The Last Leasing Installment, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Paying For The Buyout Together With The Last Leasing Installment;• The Ordering Party Will Insure The Equipment On Its Own And At Its Own Expense; • The Contractor (Lessor) Will Not Demand Legal Security For The Leasing Contract. 2) The Ordering Party Informs That:• Before Signing The Leasing Agreement, It Will Provide The Contractor Whose Offer Was Selected As The Most Advantageous With Data Regarding The Companys Management Board In Terms Of Name, Surname, Address Of Residence, Series And Number Of The Id Card And Pesel Number;• It Will Make The Payment Of The First Leasing Fee In In The Amount Of 45% Of The Purchase Price Of The Leased Item By The Contractor (Lessor) Within 7 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Leased Item. The Basis For Payment Will Be The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order;• Will Pay Leasing Installments In Accordance With The Leasing Fee Schedule, Which Will Constitute An Annex To The Leasing Agreement;• Allows The Possibility Of Paying Leasing Installments Based On E-Invoice;• Accepts Downloading Invoices In Electronic Version From A Dedicated Customer Portal ;• Allows Payment Of The First Installment In The Month Of Receipt Of The Leased Item.• Agrees To Direct Repayment Of Receivables Under The Contract To The Account Of The Financing Lender - Transfer Of The Unpaid Contract (Which Should Be Completed) To An External Company That Will Seek Repayment Of Unpaid Liabilities;• Will Make Settlements, Reports Regarding Leasing Fees And Insurance Of The Leased Item Only With The Financing Party, And Settlements (Including Contractual Penalties), Reports Resulting From Warranty Conditions, Servicing Of The Leased Item, Its Maintenance Directly With The Supplier;
