The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services To The Provincial Administrative Court In Gliwice, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1640, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As Postal Law, Covering In Particular: Acceptance, Transportation And Delivery Of Letter Items And Postal Parcels In Domestic Traffic (Within The Entire Country, I.E. In Urban And Rural Areas) And Abroad, Including Registered Items; Returning Letter Items And Postal Parcels To The Ordering Party After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivering Them Or Handing Them Over To The Recipient - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Specifying The Reason For Non-Delivery; Delivering Confirmation Of Receipt Of Shipments To The Ordering Partys Registered Office After Their Successful Delivery; As Well As The Contractors Obligation To Collect The Ordering Partys Letter Items And Postal Parcels From The Ordering Partys Premises At Least Once A Day, From Monday To Friday, Except Saturdays And Public Holidays, From 11:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M.
