The Scope Of The Task (Project) Will Include: - Design Of The Assembly Stations And Fan Foundations, - Design Of The Duct Connection System Between The Fans And The Discharge To The Ventilation Opening (The System Should Enable Automatic Switching Of The Fans And Capacity Regulation), - Design Of The Method Of Mounting The Fans And Station Equipment, - Analysis And Design Of The Electrical Installation For Powering The Fan Station - Annex No. 6 To The Swz Is The Starting Concept For Developing The Appropriate Project, - Design Of Systems, Apparatus And Control Installations, Security And Visualization, - Cost Estimate And Technical Specification Of The Solutions Used. Ready The Project Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Office In Three Copies In A Printed Version And In An Electronic Version Saved In Generally Accepted Formats (Pdf, Editable Version In Ms Office, Autocad Format). Ii. Guarantee And Warranty1.The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Subject Of This Contract For A Period Of 36 Months.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Liable To The Ordering Party Under The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Equal To The Period Of Granting The Guarantee To The Ordering Party.3. The Warranty And Guarantee Periods Start From The Date Of The Official Receipt Of The Entire Subject Of The Order.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Free Of Charge Any Defects In The Subject Of The Order Revealed After Acceptance During The Warranty Or Guarantee Period, Upon The First Written Request From The Ordering Party.5. The Deadline Set By The Ordering Party For Removing Defects Cannot Be Shorter Than 3 Days.6.
