Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1.1 Provision Of Universal Postal Services Consisting In The Collection, Movement And Delivery Of Postal Items Within The Country And Abroad For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party.1.2 Postal Services Classified As Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic Are Understood As: 1) Accepting, Sorting, Moving And Delivering Postal Items.1.3 Postal Items Being The Subject Of The Order Are Understood As: 1) Letter Items With Weighing Up To 2000 G, And Sizes Where The Sum Of The Length, Width And Height Does Not Exceed 90 Cm, And The Longest Side Does Not Exceed 60 Cm.A) Ordinary - Unregistered Item Not Being The Fastest Category;B) Ordinary Priority - Unregistered Letter Item Of The Fastest Category; C) Registered - Registered Item, Which Is A Letter Item, Moved And Delivered In A Way That Protects It Against Loss, Loss Of Content Or Damage; D) Registered Priority - Registered Item Of The Fastest Category; E) Registered Item With Return Receipt (Zpo) - Item Accepted With Acknowledgment Of Posting And Delivered Against Acknowledgment Of Receipt;F) Priority Registered Mail With Return Acknowledgment Of Receipt (Zpo) - A Shipment Of The Fastest Category Accepted Against Acknowledgment Of Posting And Delivered Against Acknowledgment Of Receipt.1.4. The Estimated Number Of Shipments Per Year For The Above-Mentioned Types Is Approximately 35,000 Pieces (Approx. 70,000 Pieces During The Period Of Service Provision).1.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Shipments On Business Days From Monday To Friday Until 2.00 P.M. From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Starogard Gda ski City Hall At Ul. Gda ska 6, 83-200 Starogard Gda ski P. 038 Kancelaria.1.6. The Contractor Will Ship The Received Shipments On The Day Of Their Delivery, Provided That In The Event Of Any Reservations Regarding The Received Shipments, The Contractor Will Clarify Them With The Ordering Party. If It Is Not Possible To Clarify Them With The Ordering Party Or Remove Them On The Day Of Sending Them, Such Shipments Will Be Sent On The Next Business Day Or On The Day The Objections Are Removed.1.7. Receipt Of Shipments From The Ordering Party Will Each Time Be Confirmed With The Date And Signature Of A Person Authorized By The Contractor In The Consignment Book For Registered Shipments And On The Statement For Unregistered Shipments.1.8. The Template Of The Consignment Book, Lists And Method Of Preparing Shipments Will Be Specified In A Separate Document, Which Will Become An Annex To The Agreement. 1.9. The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To: - Place The Recipients Name And Address On The Postal Item (Provided At The Same Time In The Postal Dispatch Book); - Specify The Type Of The Postal Item (Ordinary, Registered, Registered With Return Acknowledgment Of Receipt, And In The Case Of Postal Items Of The Fastest Category - The Appropriate Distinguishing Mark );- Placing On The Address Side Of Each Sent Item A Print (Stamp) Specifying The Full Name And Address Of The Ordering Party. 2.0 The Ordering Party Requires That The Date Of Sending The Postal Items Is Confirmed By Placing A Date Stamp Of The Sending Facility On The Items And On The Proof Of Their Posting (Postal Mailing Book). And That This Date Is Equivalent To Compliance With The Deadlines Resulting From The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law (Including The Submission Of A Procedural Document To The Court), And In Particular Those Resulting From: - The Code Of Civil Procedure; - The Code Of Administrative Procedure; - The Tax Ordinance. Confirmation Of Sending A Registered Shipment Must Have The Force Of An Official Document In Accordance With Article 17 Of The Postal Law.2.1. The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To Properly Prepare Shipments And Prepare Shipment Reports In Accordance With The Template Provided In Writing By The Contractor.2.2. The Ordering Party Will Deliver The Shipments To The Contractor In An Orderly Manner, Agreed In Writing With The Contractor.2.3. The Shipments Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Sent On The Day Of Their Receipt By The Contractor From The Ordering Party.2.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractors Parcel Delivery Service Be Provided To Every Place In The Country And Abroad Covered By An Agreement With The Universal Postal Union, In Accordance With The Destination Address Given On The Parcel.2.5. The Delivery Time Of Postal Items Should Not Exceed The Maximum On-Time Delivery Rates Specified In The Regulations On The Provision Of Postal Services.2.6. Foreign Postal Items Should Be Immediately Forwarded For Delivery To Appropriate Foreign Operators.2.7. All Of The Contractors Delivery And Notification Facilities Must Meet The Conditions For Providing Postal Services In Accordance With Art. 47 Of The Postal Law Act. If The Contractors Facilities Do Not Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, Concluding A Public Procurement Contract Will Become Impossible For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.2.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Postal Items Addressed To The Ordering Party And Any Returns To The Ordering Partys Office On Business Days (Monday To Friday) From 7.30 A.M. To 2:00 P.M..2.9. The Contractor Selected In The Tender Will Conclude An Agreement With The Ordering Party Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3.0 The Template Of The Price Form - Offer Is Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Provided The Average Quantities Of Shipments Of Each Type Over The Last Two Years, Which It Determined Based On The Analysis Of Correspondence Conducted So Far, And Which Should Be Used To Calculate The Offer Price. The Actual Number Of Services And Their Scope Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Which Cannot Be Determined In Detail During The Period Of Initiation And Conduct Of This Procedure, And May Differ From Those Specified In The Price Form. A Copy Of The Price Form, The Template Of Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Description, Will Also Constitute An Annex To The Contract.3.1 The Ordering Party Has The Right To Commission The Service To Another Postal Operator And Charge The Costs Of Implementation To The Contractor If The Contractor, For Reasons Attributable To Him, Does Not Collect The Parcels From The Ordering Party On The Specified Day.
