The Subject Of The Order Are Courier Services Provided To The Ordering Party In 2024. Courier Services Include Shipments Related To The Ordering Partys Current Operations, Including Shipments Accumulated In Several Campaigns. Courier Services Will Be Provided Throughout The Country And Will Consist Of: 1) Collection Of Shipments From The Ordering Party, 2) Delivering Parcels To The Indicated Addressees, 3) Delivering To The Ordering Party Parcels Sent By Schools After An Individual Order Of The Courier And At The Expense Of The Recipient (Ordering Party). Parcels Accumulated In Several Campaigns Will Contain Examination Materials, Therefore Services Covering These Parcels Will Be Provided Only In The Silesian Voivodeship And Will Consist In: 1) Preparing, Based On The List Received From The Ordering Party (.Xlsx File), Printing And Distributing Address Labels For Received Shipments, 2) Collecting Shipments Protected Against Unauthorized Disclosure From Indicated Collection Points (Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Post-Secondary Schools, Parcel Collection Points, Inspection Centers, Examination Centers), 3) Delivery Of Parcels To The Ordering Party Or To Indicated Places. The Planned Number Of Parcels Entrusted For Delivery Throughout 2024 Is 13,908 Pieces, Including: 1) Parcels Weighing Up To 1 Kg - 645 Pieces,2) Shipments Weighing Over 1 Kg And Up To 2 Kg - 151 Pieces,3) Shipments Weighing Over 2 Kg And Up To 5 Kg - 143 Pieces,4) Shipments Weighing Over 5 Kg And Up To 15 Kg - 615 Pieces,5) Shipments Weighing Over 15 Kg Up To 30 Kg - 12,354 Pieces, 6) Shipments Weighing Over 30 Kg Up To 50 Kg - 0 Pieces. The Number Of Individual Shipments Was Provided For The Purpose Of Calculating The Offer Price, And Therefore Does Not Constitute A Guaranteed Number Of Shipments Covered By The Order. The Number Of Parcels Actually Entrusted To The Contractor For Delivery May Be Smaller, But Will Not Be Less Than: 1) Parcels Weighing Up To 1 Kg - 307 Pieces, 2) Parcels Weighing More Than 1 Kg Up To 2 Kg - 72 Pieces, 3) Parcels Weighing More Than 2 Kg To 5 Kg - 68 Pieces, 4) Shipments Weighing Over 5 Kg Up To 15 Kg - 293 Pieces, 5) Shipments Weighing Over 15 Kg And Up To 30 Kg - 5,883 Pieces. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Number Of Shipments Particular Type Of Courier Services Covered Will Be Less Than That Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
