1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of The Social Welfare Home In Zawiercie In 2024. The Detailed Type Of Assortment And The Maximum Scope Of The Order Are Specified In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. The Goods Covered By The Order And The Method Of Their Delivery To The Ordering Party Must Be Consistent With The Provisions Of The Swz, Product And Price Form, Standards And Certificates Applicable To The Subject Of The Order And Legal Provisions.3. The Place Of Delivery Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Ul. Rzemie lnicza 9, 42-400 Zawiercie.4. The Execution Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Haccp System Principles Implemented And Applied At The Contractors Plant.5. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of Separate Orders Specifying Min. Quantity, Product Range And Delivery Date. Orders Will Be Placed By The Ordering Partys Representatives In A Previously Agreed Manner: By Phone, E-Mail Or In Person. 6. The Ordering Party Requires Deliveries To Be Made On Business Days, Five Times A Week.7. The Contractor Will Complete The Deliveries Within No Longer Than 4 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order, Between 07:00 And 08:00 In The Morning. If The Delivery Date Falls On A Public Holiday, Delivery Will Be Made On The Day Before That Day. The Contractor Will Declare The Deadline Expressed In Days In The Bid Form, Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. This Deadline Will Be Included In The Future Public Procurement Contract. If The Contractor Offers A Deadline Longer Than 4 Days, His Offer Will Be Rejected. 8. The Contractor Will Deliver The Goods Using A Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport Food In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.9. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Goods: A) Of The First Quality, Admitted To Trading In Accordance With Applicable Requirements, Standards And Certificates, B) Fresh, Clean, Undamaged, Without Foreign Odors, C) With A Weight Consistent With The Contract And Order, D) Quantity In Accordance With The Order.10. The Packaging Of Goods Should Enable Their Identification In Accordance With The Commercial Document. 11. The Contractor Will Ensure The Packaging Of The Goods: A) In Accordance With Sanitary Guidelines, B) Clean, Protecting Against Loss Of Food Properties And Taste, C) Protecting Against Dirt Or Damage During Transport. If The Nature Of The Goods Requires It, The Contractor Will Deliver It In Additional Packaging With The Characteristics As In The First Sentence.12. Manufacturers Packaging Of The Delivered Goods: A) Must Not Show Signs Of Tampering With The Factory Seal, Damage Or Dirt, B) Must Have Printed Information At Least About The Name Of The Food, Information About The Manufacturer And The Expiration Date.13. The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicles Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels. From January 1, 2022, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Share Of Electric Vehicles Or Natural Gas-Powered Vehicles In The Fleet Of Vehicles Used, In The Share Specified In Art. 68 Section 3 Of This Act, Taking Into Account Possible Changes To This Provision, Consisting In Reducing The Required Share Or Postponing The Starting Date Indicated Therein.15. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Individual Goods Depending On Current Needs While Maintaining Unit Prices, Without The Need To Change The Contract, As Well As The Right To Limit The Order By A Maximum Of 20% Of Its Scope.16.
