Supervision And Protection Will Be Provided In The Form Of Direct Physical Protection: 1) Permanent - Number Of People Depending On The Period: A) Basic Periods: From January 1. – 30/06. And September 1 - December 31, - 1 Person Every Hour Of The Day + 1 Person On A 12-Hour Night Shift From 7:00 P.M. To 7:00 A.M. (At The Same Time, The Shift Manager Is The Head Of Facility Security). B) Period Of Increased Security: From July 1. – 31/08. 2 People At The Same Time Every Hour Of The Day (At The Same Time, The Shift Manager Is The Head Of The Facilitys Security).2) Ad Hoc (Option) - Consisting In Increasing The Number Of People In The Protected Facility Who Meet The Conditions Specified In Point. 4), (At The Request Of The Ordering Party During Events Taking Place Outdoors, In The Dining Room Of The Center Or If It Is Necessary To Slightly Extend The Duration Of The Contract, Etc.) In The Number Of Man-Hours Resulting From The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Provides For An Optional 300 Person-Hours For The Duration Of The Contract - If Necessary3) The Given Number Of Person-Hours Is The Maximum. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Man-Hours For Both Permanent And Ad Hoc Protection. Obligations Of The Entity Providing The Service Of Supervision, Protection Of The Facility And Property: Ii.1.1) No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Present (As An Annex To The Contract) The Security Plan Referred To In Art. 7 Section 5 Of The Act On The Protection Of Persons And Property And The Location Of Electronic Recorders Of Security Employee Inspections (Min. 15 Points). This Plan Requires Approval By The Ordering Party. Ii.1.2) Supervision And Protection (In Accordance With Article 3 Point 1 Of The Act On The Protection Of Persons And Property) Should Be Implemented In The Form Of: Ii.1.A) Direct Physical Protection By The Contractors Employees, Ii .1.B) Constant Tracking And Analysis Of Signals Transmitted, Collected And Processed In Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems, Ii.1.C) Permanent Preventive Visits To Protected Facilities, Ii.1.D) Installation Of Electronic Recorders For The Control Of Security Personnel (Min. . 15 Points) On The Routes Around Protected Facilities In Places Designated In The Protection Plan Approved By The Ordering Party, With The Possibility Of Confirmation At Least Once Every Hour, Ii.1.E) Submitting The Readings From The Recorders To The Ordering Party At The End Of Each Month, Ii. 1.F) Introducing Staff To The Protected Facility Until The Reason For The Alarm System Response Is Clarified, Ii.1.3) Carrying Out Activities Resulting From Detailed Instructions And Orders In Force At The Opo: Min. Fire Safety Instructions For Opo Facilities, Etc. G) Knowledge Of Telephone Numbers Of Technical Emergency Teams, Services And Opo Management, H) Enforcing Compliance By Hotel Employees And Guests With The Provisions Of The Fire Safety Instructions, I) Close Cooperation With The Person Designated By Opo In The Field Of Protection, Safety And Order In The Center And Daily Reporting On Any Noticed Defects And Irregularities,J) Operation Of Anti-Burglary Systems In The Facilities And Cctv In The Entrance Gate Building,K) Wearing Uniform Uniforms And Wearing Id Cards (Security Employee Id) By The Contractors Employees In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1995), L) Possession Of A Civil Liability Insurance Policy Issued In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Finance Of December 9, 2013 (Journal Of Laws, Item 1550) On Mandatory Civil Liability Insurance For Entrepreneurs Conducting Business Activities In The Field Of Protection Of Persons And Property, M) Each Employee Of The Contractor Must Have An Independent Means Of Communication When Protecting The Facility, N ) Being Equipped With Protective Equipment Appropriate To The Tasks Performed, O) Having A Means Of Communication Facilitating Movement Around The Area (Bicycle, Scooter), P) Patrolling The Fenced Area Of ​​The Center With An Area Of 19 Ha, Sports And Hotel Facilities Available For Hotel Guests And Athletes, As Well As Facilities Constituting The Economic Base Of The Center, Q) Protection Of All Facilities On The Premises Of The Center Against Burglary, Theft And Devastation, R) Control Of The Technical Security Of The Centers Facilities, S) Closing The Entrance Gates To The Beach (2 Pcs) At 9.00 P.M. And Opening At 06.00,T) Intervening With Persons Whose Actions Would Threaten The Taking Or Destruction Of The Centers Property (Preventing Attempts To Steal, Devastate And Damage Property),U) Cooperation With The Police And Other Services To Ensure The Safety Of The Center And The People Staying There,V ) Preparing Reports On The Course Of Service. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Report Every Day, Covering All Events Of The Previous Day By 7.15 The Next Day.3. Upon Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Appoint A Person Responsible For Direct Contacts With The Contractor At The Place Of Service Provision And Will Appoint An Occupational Health And Safety Coordinator In Accordance With Art. 208 § L Of The Labor Code.4. The Site Plan Of The Center With An Indication Of Individual Facilities Is An Annex To The Application To Initiate Proceedings And Will Be An Annex To The Swz.
