1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Parcels And Their Possible Returns, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1640), For The Needs Of The Municipal Office In Pas k. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Postal Services In Accordance With Generally Applicable Provisions Of Law, In Particular The Postal Law Act. 2. As Part Of The Provision Of Services, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform, Among Others: The Following Activities: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Parcels Addressed To The Ordering Party To Its Registered Office Between 7:30 A.M. And 11:00 A.M., 2) Document Sending The Parcels, 3) Deliver Accepted Parcels To Any Place In The Country And Abroad, 4) Make Returns Uncollected Shipments Immediately After The Delivery Options Have Been Exhausted And The Reason For Return Is Indicated On The Shipments Each Time, 5) Providing The Ordering Party With Return Confirmation Of Receipt Of Delivered Shipments Immediately After Delivery.
