During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract, The Estimated Number Of Kilometers (Km) Is: Approximately 16,520 Km In A Motor Vehicle Of The Type: Coach, Including 5,020 Km - Trips Up To 100 Km, 11,500 Km - Trips Over 100 Km. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs All Persons Performing Transport Services - Driving Vehicles On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Perform Services Only With The Help Of Employees With Professional Qualifications And Authorizations In Accordance With The Act Of January 5, 2011 On Vehicle Drivers (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 622, As Amended) And The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2201, As Amended). A Contractor Who Relies On Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Demonstrate Equivalence By Any (Reliable) Means. Failure To Demonstrate Equivalence Results In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
