The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Lease Of 39 Pieces Of Equipment (The Lease Includes The Delivery And Installation Of The Subject Of The Order), Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2022, (31 Pieces As Basic Orders And 8 Pieces As Option Rights) According To The Description Of Devices From Point 4 Of The Opz; 2) Remote Monitoring Of The Device Status Using Dedicated Software/System Provided By The Contractor For All Leased Devices Referred To In Point 1) - Print Server System. Print For Multifunctional Devices (Combine Harvesters). ) Will Be Performed As A Trailing Printout, And The Login Process To The Device Itself Should Be Authorized Via The T&A Card Reader. The System Should Also Allow For Dynamic Monitoring Of Printers, Providing Information Such As: Number Of Prints (Of A Specific Device) Number Of Monthly Prints (Total, By Departments) Number Of Individual Prints (Multifunctional Devices Combiners) Number Of Toners On Printers (If Possible In Small Ones Also) Events Such As Failures, Jams, Etc. The System Should Be Able To Manage/Monitor Both Multifunctional And Small Printers Placed In Rooms.3) Delivery Of Consumables And Service Of Leased Devices Referred To In Point 1).3 . The Demand Is Divided Into Two Parts That Must Be Compatible With Each Other: 1) Devices: A) Small Monochrome Printers - 23 Pieces (Additionally 8 Pieces In The Option Law); B) Small Printers With A Color-Scanner Scanner 4 Pcs.;C) Multi-Functional Industrial Printers Colour Harvester 4 Pcs. 2) Printer Management System, Which Should Perform The Following Functions: A) Adding And Subtracting Printers (Including Small Ones) To The Pool Of Printers In The System;B) Printer Allocation To The Room Or The Ability To Change The Name Of The Printer In The System;C) Monitoring Printers And Reporting Their Status (In Small Sizes, If Possible);D) Reporting Monthly Printer Usage (Total And By Department);E) Presenting Reports Via E-Mail/Link;F) System Operation On A Designated Server; G) Trailing Print (Large Multifunction Printers).
