1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery, Assembly And Implementation Of The Municipal Bicycle System In The Pomiech wek Commune As Part Of The Project Entitled Development Of Sustainable Multimodal Mobility In The Pomiech wek Commune And The Functional Area Of Warsaw.2) The Contractor Will Provide Bicycles In The Amount Of 10 Pieces Of Complete And Brand New Bicycles Of The 4Th Generation, Including: 8 Pieces Of Standard Bicycles, 2 Pieces Of Bicycles With Electric Assistance. The Contractor, In The Pomiech wek Commune, Will Launch An Application Allowing The Launch, Rental And Return Of Bicycles As Part Of The Rental System. 3) The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To This Swz.
