Tenders Are Invited For Installation Of Timetables, Announcements And Diagrams Of Public Vehicles At Public Transport Stops And Procurement, Installation, Maintenance, Replacement And Restoration Of Timetable Bases
The Subject Of The Contract Is The Installation, Maintenance, Replacement And Restoration Of Timetables, Announcements And Schemes For Public Vehicles In Approx. 1,000 Public Transport Stops, And The Procurement Of Bases For Approx. 200 To Approx. 400 Timetables. It Is Not Possible To Foresee The Exact Required Number Of Timetable Bases. This Depends On The Need To Replace Existing Timetable Bases That Are Either Broken, Lost Or Depreciated And On Changes In The Number Of Timetables At A Particular Stop Due To Route Network Changes. It Is Also Not Possible To Accurately Predict The Need To Change Timetables. A Prerequisite For Submitting An Offer Is The Submission Of A Sample Of The Schedule Base Before Submitting An Offer. The Tenderer Must Submit A Sample Of The Timetable Basis On 12.12.2023, From 10:00 A.M. To 12:00 P.M., Tallinn Transport Authority Vabaduse V l k 10, Vi Floor, Room 611, Meelis Tartu, And It Must Meet The Technical Conditions Set Out In The Initial Assignment For The Provision Of Services (Appendix 1).
