The Goal Of The International Call Project Is The Start Of Export Operations For 60 Smes Or The Growth Of Existing Exports According To The Companys Defined Goal. This Is Realized By Increasing The Level Of Competence Of The Company And Personnel. The Overall Long-Term Goal Is To Double The Number Of Export Companies In Pohjois-Savo By 2030 Together With Other Operators In The Province. The Target Group Of The Project Is Smes Seeking Growth And Internationalization, Entrepreneurs And Key Personnel And/Or Other Personnel Whose Job Descriptions Can Be Expanded To Export Trade. The Main Target Is Metal, Subcontracting, Technology, Construction And Infrastructure Companies, As Well As Companies Producing Expert Services. Among The Industries, The Focus Is On The Industries Listed In The Implementation Plan Of The Regional Program. The Goals Will Be Reached With A Versatile Training And Coaching Program, At The End Of Which The Companies Will Participate In An Organized Familiarization Trip To The Target Market (Northern Sweden And Poland, As Well As The Construction Of A Network Related To The Reconstruction Of Ukraine In Addition To Poland). In Relation To The Education And Training Section, Companies Make Their Own Preparedness Plan, Including Esg-Responsibility Program. Companies Also Make Their Own Internationalization Plan In Terms Of Marketing And Customer Acquisition. After The Project, The Participants Are Awarded An Export Marketers Diploma, Which Verifies The Content And Competence Of The Training. The Trainings Take Place As Multi-Format Trainings In A Resource-Efficient Manner, And In The Preparation Of The Program Attention Is Paid To The Opportunities For Entrepreneurs To Participate As Efficiently As Possible (Non-Standard Training Times And Splitting The Trainings Into Entrepreneur-Friendly Ones).
