Case No. 31191578 For Carrying Out, Advising And Reporting On Field Observations For Four (4) Years Regarding The Use Of Equipment, Seat Belts And Child Seats Among Drivers Of Motor Vehicles, As Well As The Use Of Equipment, Helmets And Lighting Among Cyclists. This For At Least 4 Years And A Maximum Of 6 Carrying Out At Least 180 Or At Most 270 Location Measurements Each Year, Comprising At Least 60,000 And 90,000 Observations, Respectively, In The Field Of Equipment, Belt And Child Seat Use Among Motor Vehicle Drivers. Furthermore, Carrying Out At Least 240 Or At Most 360 Location Measurements In The Same Period, Comprising At Least 26,136 And 37,604 Observations, Respectively, In The Field Of Use Of Equipment, Helmets And Lighting Among Cyclists.
