Mail Inserter Equipment Lease . The Intent Of This Rfq Is To Solicit And Receive Formal Quotes For The Provision Of One (1) Mail Inserter Equipment For The Wcb S Document Management Unit In Edmonton. The Initial Term Of This Agreement Shall Be For A Period Of Three (3) Years Commencing On Or About February 1, 2024. Two (2) Extensions, Any Of Which May Be Up To Thirty-Six (36) Months In Length, May Be Executed Upon Mutual Agreement Between The Parties. The Wcb Prefers That The New Lease Co-Terminates With The Lease End Date Of November 30, 2027, Which Is The End Date For Two (2) Mail Inserters Which Are Currently Under A Separate, Active Agreement. Equipment Must Read, Interpret, And Correctly Handle All Wcb Documents With Current Omr Markings Which Includes Diverting Usa And International Mail. The Wcb Is Not Willing To Make Changes To The Current Process And Any Proposed Equipment Is Required To Perform Accurately Under These Conditions. Equipment Shall Process A Minimum Of Five Thousand, Four Hundred (5,400) Single Sheets Per Hour Without Omr Markings. The Supplier Must Provide A Copy Of The Actual Proposed Lease Agreement And Any Applicable Maintenance Agreement It Is Expecting The Wcb To Sign Which Will Cover The Initial Three (3) Year Agreement Term. The Wcb Reserves The Right To Negotiate Changes To Any Proposed Agreement(S). Should The Supplier And The Wcb Fail To Reach A Mutually Acceptable Agreement, Then The Wcb May Disqualify The Supplier S Quote.
