The Subject Of The Order Is A Design For The Reconstruction Of The Neurology And Neurological Rehabilitation Departments On The Second And Fifth Floors Of The Main Building Of The District Medical Center In Grójec. The Intention Is To Reconstruct The Rooms, Adapt The Installations And Change The Fire Protection Conditions On The Basis Of The Technical Expertise In Accordance With § 2 Section 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location Of April 12, 2002 (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 620) - Buildings Of The District Medical Center In Grójec At Ul. Piotra Skargi 10, In The Scope Marked In The Drawings. No Additional External Construction Devices Are Designed For The Construction Project. The Building Has Category Xi - Health Care, Social Welfare And Welfare Buildings. The Reconstruction Of The Hospital Departments Of Neurology And Neurological Rehabilitation For The District Medical Center In Grójec Was Divided Into Three Stages In Order To Enable The Operation Of Both Departments Without The Need To Simultaneously Decommission Two Wings Of The Ip. Stage I Floor V Floor 4. It Is Planned To Start The Reconstruction From Floor V. The Scope Of Stage I Includes Vacant Rooms 4.1-4.23 (Inventory) And 4.40-4.55 (Inventory) As Well As The Rooms Of The Pediatrics Department: 4.24-4.39 (Inventory). The Scope Of Works Will Include: • Demolition Of Partition Walls Indicated In The Project, • Removal Of Tiles, • Dismantling Of Floors, • Dismantling Of Door Frames And Doors Indicated In The Project, • Dismantling Of The Water And Sewage Installation Within The Designed Rooms, • Dismantling Of The Electrical Installation And Accessories Within The Area As Above ., • Removal Of Rubble, • Construction Of New Partition Walls With Plastering And Cladding, • Construction Of New Floors And Carpets, • Construction Of New Passages And Penetrations For The Designed Rooms, • Installation Of A New Fire Protection Installation. For The Designed Rooms, • Execution Of Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations For The Designed Rooms, • Execution Of Central Heating Installations. For The Designed Rooms, • Execution Of Water And Sewage Installations With Utensils Within The Designed Rooms, • Execution Of It Structured Cabling Routes Connected To The Existing Network, • Execution Of All Necessary Installations Included In The Design. Electrical Equipment With Accessories, • Installation Of Door And Window Joinery (Note: Within The Scope Of The Study On The 4Th Floor, All External Joinery Is To Be Replaced And Window Grates At The Above-Mentioned Joinery Need To Be Dismantled), • Painting And Tiling Works, • Execution Of Gas Installations Medical, • Modernization Of The Medical Vacuum Pump Station In A Way That Ensures Optimal Capacity Of The Vacuum Demand After The Reconstruction Of The Departments In Question. Stage Ii Floor Ii Floor 1. East Wing. Stage Ii Includes The Reconstruction Of The Rooms After The Moved Neurological Rehabilitation Department. The Following Rooms Will Be Rebuilt: 1.1-1.13, 1.48-1.59 (Inventory). The Scope Of Works Does Not Differ From The Scope Of Works For The First Stage, Except For The Scope Of Windows To Be Replaced. On The First Floor, Only The Windows Indicated In The Drawings And Included In The Joinery List Should Be Replaced. Stage Iii Floor Ii Floor 1. West Wing And Central Part.
