The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services At The Clients Place Of Residence In The City Of Szczecinek In 2024 In The Amount Of Approximately 8,350 Hours In The Period From Signing The Contract To December 31, 2024, To The Extent Specified In The Swz And The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz . 2. The Scope Of Services For Each Person Covered By Them Will Be Determined Each Time Through Administrative Proceedings By The Municipal Social Welfare Center. Aid Is Granted By Way Of An Administrative Decision Specifying The Scope Of Services, The Place Of Implementation, The Hourly Number Of Services Provided (Daily And Weekly), The Period During Which The Services Are To Be Provided, The Amount And Method Of Collecting Fees For The Services.3. The Actual Scope Of The Services Provided And Their Frequency Must Be Consistent With The Mcw Order. The Term Number Of Hours For The Provision Of Services Means Only The Actual Time Of Provision Of The Services, Including The Performance Of Commissioned Activities For The Recipient Of The Services Outside His Place Of Residence, Such As: Handling Official Matters, Including Making Payments For The Services, Shopping Time, The Time Of Filling Prescriptions (In Stores/Pharmacies Closest To The Place Of Residence Of The Recipient Of The Services), The Time Of Making An Appointment With A Doctor And Visiting A Doctor, The Time Of Being Taken To Health Care Facilities, Support Centers, The Time Of Dealing With Important Matters Of The Recipient Of The Services, Etc. The Time Of Providing The Services Is Not Included In The Time Of Providing The Services. Travel Time Or Arrival Time Of The Caregiver To The Apartment Of The Recipient Of The Services, Time Necessary For The Caregiver To Move From One Recipient Of The Services To Another, If The Caregiver Provides Services To Several People In One Day. 1 Hour Of Services Should Be Understood As Clock Hour, I.E. 60 Minutes.
