The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Conduct Of A Limited, Two-Stage Competition For The Development Of A Concept For The Building Of The New Headquarters Of The Faculty Of Computer Science And Telecommunications Of The Krakow University Of Technology, Together With Land Development For The Investment, Stage Ia. Preparation Of The Draft Competition Regulations In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Acts Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1605, As Amended), Of February 4, 1994, On Copyright And Related Laws (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2509), Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended) And Other Legal Provisions Regarding Necessary For The Proper Conduct Of The Competition, Including The Development Of Significant Provisions Of The Contract For Design Work, Which The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Conclude With The Contractor Selected As A Result Of The Competition; B. Developing Draft Rules Of The Competition Jury Specifying Its Organization And Working Modec. Appointing/Delegating Three Professional Competition Judges (Who Are Members Of The Contractors College Of Competition Judges), Including The Presiding Judge And The Referee Judge With An Assistant (If The Assistant Is Necessary), Preceded By Appropriate Arrangements With The Ordering Party; D. Designation Of The Organizational Secretary Of The Contractors Competition Along With An Assistant (If The Assistant Is Necessary), And, If Necessary, Auxiliary Secretaries, Preceded By Appropriate Arrangements With The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Delegate 4 People To Be Competition Judges - Including Min. 2 Architects Who Are Members Of The Chamber Of Architects Rpetap Iia. Accepting The Competition Into The Competition Register In The Contractors Competition Office, Assigning The Contractors Competition Number And Promoting It In Architectural Circlesb. Conducting The Competition On The Contractors Electronic Communication Platform In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, Together With Representing The Ordering Party In The Appeal Procedure Before The National Chamber Of Appeal. C. Development Of A Master Mock-Up Design For The Competition (Preparation Of The Master Mock-Up On The Part Of The Ordering Party) D. Analysis Of Questions Submitted By The Competition Participants Regarding The Competition Regulations, Especially Regarding The Development And Submission Of Study Studies, As Well As Preparation And Publication Of Answers To The Above-Mentioned Questions. Inquiries And Possible Changes To The Competition Regulations On The Contractors Electronic Communication Platform;E. Analysis Of Applications Submitted By Participants To Participate In The Competition And Their Evaluationf. Inquiries And Possible Changes To The Competition Regulations On The Contractors Electronic Communication Platform; B. Ensuring The Participation Of Judges And Secretaries Indicated Above In The Meetings Of The Competition Jury, To The Extent And On The Terms Specified In The Regulations Of The Competition Jury, Especially In Deliberations On Submitted Competition Entries. Analysis Of The Competition Entries Submitted By The Competition Participants And Their Evaluation Along With A Written Justification For Awarding Prizes And Distinctions As Well As Post-Competition Recommendations. Consultations In The Organization And Supervision Of Works Related To The Organization Of The Results Announcement Ceremony And Post-Competition Exhibition.
