The Subject Of The Order Entitled Construction Of A Primary School With A Gymnasium In Ropczyce - Witkowice - Stage I Under The Budget Task Entitled: Construction Of A Primary School With A Gymnasium In Ropczyce-Witkowice Is To Perform Construction Works On The Plot No. 683/10 In Ropczyce, Province Podkarpackie, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And The Quantities Given Therein Are Indicative.2. The Order Covers The Execution Of Works Within The Scope And Type Specified In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: 1) Construction Of A Building In A Closed Shell State, (Part According To Illustrative Drawing No. 1 Attached), Including: A) Execution Of Earthworks, B) Execution Foundation Works, C) Execution Of Masonry Works, D) Construction Of Ceilings, E) Construction Of Subfloors (Backfill With Lean Concrete), F) Construction Of The Roof Structure With Insulation And Covering, G) Installation Of Supporting Structures For Mechanical Ventilation And Installations Photovoltaic Panels, H) Installation Of External Windows And Doors, I) Cement-Lime Plasters On Walls And Ceilings, J) Installation Of Under-Floor Insulation And A Leveling Layer Under The Floor (Apart From The Leveling Layer In The Gymnasium), K) Bench In The I Axis On Section From The Axis 8-9,L) Designed Structural Elements In The G-G Axes (We Refrain From Making Structural Elements In The G-G Axis, According To General Drawing No. 2 Attached).2) Execution Of Internal Parts Of Construction And Installation Works, Including :A) Under-Floor Part (On The Ground Floor, Internal Sanitary Sewage System With Appropriate Cables Leading Above The Floor), B) Part Of Electrical Installations, Low-Current Electrical - Cablingc) Lightning Protection System, D) Pipe Culvert Under The Building For External Rainwater Sewage System, 3) Works External And Land Development, Including: A) Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network B) Construction Of A Temporary Road C) Construction Of A Fire Protection Tank D) Construction Of Retaining Walls For Squares And Sidewalks E) Construction Of Part Of The External Rainwater Drainage System In The Amount Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And In The Scope As In The Attachment (Part Of The External Installation To Be Performed), I.E.: - Section Bd8-Sd17-Sd10-Sdi2, - Section Bd7 - Sd2-Sd1-Sdi1, - Section Bd3-Sd16 (Note: Run The Additional Section In The Ground Floor, Behind The Building Wall). 4) Instead Of The Wires And Cables Designed In The School Building To Power Individual Electrical Devices, Use Halogen-Free Cables Of The N2xh-J Type. Maintain The Number And Cross-Section Of Cable Cores3. Changes Compared To The Documentation; 1) Instead Of The Sf-1A Foot, We Make The Sf12 Foot) Instead Of The Sf-2A Foot, We Make The Sf24 Foot. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include 1) Construction Of Parts Of The Building According To The Diagram Attached And Structural Elements, I.E. Columns, Cores And Roof Girders In The G Axes (Without Making Analogous Elements Located In The G Axis) According To General Drawing No. 2 Attached.5. Moreover, As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare And Submit To The Ordering Party The Documents Required For The Execution Of The Order, Including A Statement Of The Construction Manager And Work Managers On Accepting The Obligation To Manage The Construction, A Statement Of The Construction Manager Confirming The Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, A Certificate Of Membership In Chamber Of Construction Engineers, Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, Etc., As Well As To Perform The Necessary Tests, Acceptances, Examinations And Inspections.2) Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Documents Necessary To Obtain Tests, Acceptances, Examinations And Inspections, Preparation Of An As-Built Surveying Inventory For All New Construction Structures Constituting Elements Of Land Development.6. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In This Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In The Swz, Including The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And The Quantities Given Therein Are Indicative.7. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including: Health And Safety Regulations, Pn Regulations Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Due Diligence, Proper Organization, Safety And Good Quality.8. The Materials Used In The Implementation Of The Works Should Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law And Should Have Documents Confirming Approval For Use And Compliance With Relevant Standards.9. Where The Studies Indicate The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials And Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters In The Execution Of The Order, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In This Specification, After Acceptance By The Ordering Party. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Allows All Their Market Equivalents Not Worse Than Those Indicated. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials, Devices And Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Standard Indicated By The Ordering Party Represent The Technical And Operational Conditions , Utility, Functional And Other Features Relevant To The Subject Of The Order, While The Indicated Brand Or Trade Name Determines The Class Of The Product, Not A Specific Manufacturer.10. The Contractor Is Responsible For Properly Securing The Work Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area After Completing The Works.11. The Required Warranty Period Is At Least 3 Years, Counted From The Date Of The Final Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
