1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Gas Fuel, Including The Distribution And Purchase Of Gas For Schools And Educational Institutions In The Capital City Of Warsaw In 2024. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 8 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Declares That The Forecast Consumption Of Gas Fuel By Schools And Educational Institutions Covered By The Proceedings Was Estimated For A Period Of 12 Months And Amounts To 2,719,421.54 Kwh. Estimated Gas Fuel Consumption Levels Are Based On The Actual Historical Consumption Of Gas Fuel Over The Last 12 Months.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Supply Gas Fuel Under The Conditions Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385) And In Accordance With The Implementing Provisions Of This Act And The Act Of February 16 2017 On Stocks Of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products And Natural Gas And Rules Of Conduct In Situations Of Threat To The States Fuel Security And Disruptions On The Oil Market (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1220).4. The Supplied Gaseous Fuel (High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E)): 1) Must Meet All The Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Should Meet Legal Requirements And Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of: Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law ( Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385) And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, The Act Of February 16, 2017 On Stocks Of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products And Natural Gas And Rules Of Conduct In Situations Of Threat To The States Fuel Security And Disruptions On The Oil Market (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1220),3) Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Quality Standard Pn-C-04753 And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System And Meet The Minimum Conditions In Accordance With The Above Standard: A) Heat Of Combustion Not Less Than 38.0 Mj/M3, The Standard Value Being 39.5 Mj/M3 B) Calorific Value - Not Less Than 31.0 Mj/M3 C) Methane (Ch4) - Approx. 97.8%D) Ethane, Propane, Butane - About 1%E) Nitrogen (N2) - About 1%F) Carbon Dioxide (Co2) And The Rest Of The Ingredients - 0.2%.
