Basic Information: 1) Automation - System From Alerton Technologies, Together With Vlc - 1188 And Vlc-550 Controllers And The Acm Controller; 2) Visualization Based On The Compass Program; 3) Vbw Engineering Air Handling Units With Consecutive Serial Numbers From C 11845/05 To C 11851/05; 4) Automation And Visualization Control And Monitor The Operation Of Air Handling Units Produced By Vbw Engineering. Scope Of Work: 1) Monthly Service Activities (Periodic Inspections), As Well As Additional Activities; 2) Visits For Visual Inspection, Minor Activities And Repairs (Replacement Of Relays, Belts, Filters, Inverters, Pressure Switches, Temperature Sensors, Resetting The Network Concentrator), Consultations Regarding The Systems Mentioned At The Beginning, Not Exceeding 2 Hours At A Time (And 5 Hours A Week); 3) Double Inspection Of Vbw Engineering Ventilation Units And 7 Bsho Exhaust Fans. Obligations Arising From The Social Clause: 1. In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That The Activities Related To The Execution Of The Service Order, Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Will Be Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code By The Contractor Or Subcontractor.3.
