The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products To The Complex Of Facilities In Gołotczyzna At Ul. Aleksandry Bąkowska 29, Divided Into Parts. Part Delivery Of General Foodstuffs. A Detailed Description Of Food Products Along With The Amount Of Demand Is Described In The Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Needs, By Transport At The Suppliers Expense, With Unloading And Bringing The Goods To The Delivery Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Based On Partial Orders Placed. The Contractor Delivers First-Class Quality Products, Fresh, Meeting The Quality Standards Applicable To A Given Type Of Product In Poland, And With Current Expiration Dates. The Delivered Food Items Must Meet All Required Sanitary And Hygienic Standards, Have A Quality Certificate And Have Expiration Dates. Packaging Of Food Products Supplied By The Contractor Must Be Marked With A Visible Expiry Date. The Shelf Life/Date Of Minimum Durability Of Food Products At The Time Of Delivery To The Ordering Party Cannot Be Shorter Than ¾ Of The Period During Which The Goods Remain Fit For Consumption, Clearly Specified On The Packaging Or In The Polish Standard. The Weight Of The Packaging Of The Delivered Food Products May Be Changed After Consultation And Acceptance By The Ordering Party. Unit Prices For Products With Changed Grammage Will Be Recalculated In Proportion To The Prices Given In The Suppliers Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request A Document Confirming Compliance With The Hygienic Conditions For The Transport Of Specific Food Items Specified By Law.
