High-Methane Gas (Group E) And Nitrogen-Rich Gas Should Be Delivered 24/7 To The Delivery And Collection Points Indicated In The List Of Points Intake (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz), Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used For Connecting The Internal Network, Owned By The Ordering Party, To The Gas Network System Operator. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Quality Standards Servicing The Ordering Party - Gas Supplies And Transmission - In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard Provisions Of Energy Law. Total The Forecast Volume Over The Period Of 36 Months Is: 1,667,100 Kwh For 8 Collection Points (Tasks). 6. In Order To Determine The Forecast Gas Consumption In Kwh, A Coefficient Was Adopted Conversion (11.1), For An Estimated Amount Of 150,189 M3. 7. Forecasted Fuel Consumption Gas Referred To In Points 5 And 6 Is Indicative Only - It Has Been Prepared Based On Historical Data From Previous Years. The Forecast Is For Comparison Submitted Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase In The Given Quantity. The Actual Amount Of Delivered Gas Fuel Results Will Be From The Current Readings Of Measurement Systems, Each Consumption Point And May Change Both Decreasing And Increasing Due To Actual Consumption. There Will Be No Contractor There Was Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For Non-Collection Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel. The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Amounts Actually Collected Quantity. 8. The Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuels Are Regulated By The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Implementing Acts (In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (I.E.: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1158) And Polish Standards. 9. Purpose Of Using Gaseous Fuel: Fuel Gas Is Intended For Heating Purposes And Is Exempt From Excise Duty Based On Article. 31B Section 2 Points 6 Of The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 43, As Amended) 10. Settlement Of Gas Consumption Will Be Made On A Monthly Basis Based On The Readings Of The Measuring System. 11. Gas Fuel Will Be Delivered To The Above-Mentioned Collection Points For Each Task. 12. To Everyone Task, The Contractor Is Required To Provide An Individual Account Manager.
