The Subject Of The Order Are Forest Management Services As Specified In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of 28 September 1991 On Forests (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2023, Item 1356 - Forest Act) Covering Work In The Field Of Breeding And Protection Forest, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding, Nature Protection, Seed Production, Nursery, Maintenance Of Roads And Drainage Facilities And All Other Related Works With Forest Management To Be Carried Out In The Soko w Forest District In 2024. Scope The Material Subject Of The Order Includes The Total Amount Of Work In The Field Of Breeding And Forest Protection, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding, Nature Protection, Seed Production, Nursery Production, Maintenance Of Roads And Drainage Facilities, And Others Works Resulting From Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Pzp, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Granting Basic Order. Material Scope Of Services Constituting The Subject Of Contracts, O Referred To In The Previous Sentence Will Not Exceed 100% Of The Value Of This Order.
