In Accordance With Article R2123-1 3 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Consultation Took Place Through An Adapted Procedure (Social And Specific Services). Each Of The 3 Lots Will Result In The Conclusion Of A Mixed Price Contract, Made Up Of A Lump Sum Part And A Unit Part. For The Latter, The Maximum Order Amount Is 120,000 Excluding Tax (Lot 1), 80,000 Excluding Tax (Lot 2) And 15,000 Excluding Tax (Lot 3), Over The Duration Of The Contract Of 4 Years Firm To Starting From The Start Service Order.
