General Procurement Notice for Technical Assistance for the Harmonisation of the Existing Payments System Infrastructure across Ecowas The principal objectives of this project are: To develop detailed functional and technical specifications; and develop the business rules and procedures for the two systems (regional instant payment system and RTGS) To facilitate project governance setup (including coordination of the two working committees established i) the technology committee and ii) the rules/operations committee) To facilitate and coordinate the framework for the public/private partnerships engagements on the project.
