The Present Public Procurement Provides For Reconstruction, Basic, Current And Emergency Repairs Of Building Stock And Facilities Of Plovdiv University Pasii Hilendarski And Its Subordinate Structures - Branch Smolyan And Branch Kardjali. Scope Of The Foreseen Types Of Construction And Assembly Repair Works (Smr/Srr), The Repair Construction - Assembly And Repair Works That Are The Subject Of The Order, Mainly Cover, But Not Only: Construction, And/Or Reconstruction, And/Or Main, And/ Or Ongoing And/Or Emergency Building Repairs; Masonry Work And Partition Internal Walls; Plastering Works; Painting Works; Cladding Works; Flooring; Other Finishing Works; Carpentry Works; Insulation Works - Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation And Steam Insulation; Cladding Works And Joinery - Facade And Interior; Installation Works - Plumbing, Electricity And Hvac; Vertical Planning; Energy-Efficient Sanitation; Building An Accessible Architectural Environment And Others. The Scope And Volume Of The Individual Orders Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Depend On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority, As Well As On The Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. For Each Specific Performance Contract That Will Be Concluded Within The Framework Of The Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Conduct An Internal Competitive Selection In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 4 Of The Zop, Specifying The Type, Volume Of Work And The Maximum Period Of Execution In The Written Invitation To Submit An Offer Sent To The Contractors. The Procedures For The Internal Competitive Selection For The Award Of Contracts Will Be Carried Out Depending On The Financial Resources Provided By The Contracting Authority. The Expected Main Types Of Work In The Execution Of This Order Are Detailed In The Technical Specification And Specification Of The Types Of Construction - Assembly And Repair Works (Appendix No. 1.1 To The Technical Specification), An Integral Part Of The Documentation.
