Are Defined In The Technical Specification - Part Ii Of The Participation Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop. Separate Position No. 2: Delivery Of Beverages, Tobacco And Related Products: The Necessary Characteristics Of The Products/Goods, Subject Of The Public Procurement Under Separate Item No. 2 Mineral And Carbonated Waters, Soft Drinks, Drinks With Alcohol Content, Tobacco And Related Products, Etc. Are Defined In The Technical Specification - Part Ii Of The Participation Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop. The Specified Types Of Products/Goods For The Two Separate Items Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract (24 Months) And The Employer Reserves The Right Not To Purchase Them In Their Full Assortment, And May Request Additional Ones Beyond Those Described In The Technical Specification - Part Ii Of The Participation Documentation. The Specific Types Of Products/Goods Are Determined Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And Within The Framework Of The Financial Security.
